In a large pot heat the oil on high flame.
When it starts sizzling fry onion for five minutes until they turn soft and pale golden in color.
Now add meat, ginger and garlic fry for about five minutes until they turn a golden color too.
Then mix all the spices.
Mix the ingredients well together until the meat color change.
Now add in just enough water to come half way up the sides of the meat, cover and cook on medium flame.
Keep stirring from time to time and add tomato when the curry in the pot dries up.
To stir until the masala thicken and meat tendrize well.
Garnished with all spice, ginger and fresh coriander.
Serve hot with Naan.
