  • For Stuffing:
  • Honey 1 cup
  • Apple 3 (chopped)
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • For Dough:
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup (lukewarm)
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk.

  2. Now add flour, salt, egg yolk and butter. Mix well and knead to dough.

  3. Wrap with a plastic foil and keep aside.

  4. Heat honey in a pan, add in sliced apple. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.

  5. Roll the dough and spread in a greased pie mold.

  6. Prick top using fork. Now spread apple mixture on top.

  7. Sprinkle top with sugar.

  8. Lastly sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

  9. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
