Its a very special sweet & rich dessert, normally rasmalai consist of cheese (paneer) balls immersed in creamy milk flavoured with cardamom powder. But here is bit different process, Chef Adeel made rasmalai balls with powdered milk instead of cheese. This delicious Indian dessert tastes best after refrigerating and serve chilled.

  • خشک دودھ 1 کپ
  • انڈا ﴿پھینٹا ہوا﴾ 1 عدد
  • تیل 3-4 کھانے کے چمچ
  • بیکنگ پاوڈر ¼ چائے کا چمچ
  • دودھ 1 لیٹر
  • چینی 1 کپ
  • پستہ بادام 10-15 دانے

  1. خشک دودھ، انڈا، بیکنگ پاوڈر اور تیل ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

  2. جب مکس ہو جائے تو اسکی بالز بنا لیں

  3. ایک دیگچی میں دودھ اُبال لیں۔ اور ساتھ چینی شامل کردیں

  4. دس سے بارہ منٹ پکائیں اور گاڑھا کر لیں

  5. اس کے بعد وہ بالز شامل کر لیں۔

  6. ان رس ملائیوں کے ساتھ مزید 5 منٹ پکائیں اور پھر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔

  7. اب ایک پیالے میں نکال کر پستہ بادام سے گارنش کر لیں اور سرو کریں۔

  7. Dear Abeer and Mini Shaha, while making rasmalai balls first press the dough between your hand palm and then make smooth balls with no crack. Bring boil in to milk before adding balls then add all balls. hope next time your rasmalai would not break.

  18. Dear Gulnaz, this is an authentic recipe. Make sure when you make the dough it is smooth not hard. Hardness on balls also depend on the quality and type of dry milk.
