Ingredients

  • Prawns 2 ½ cups
  • Chicken stock 1 jug
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Garlic clove 2 – 3 (chopped)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • White flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Butter 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil and fry garlic cloves and onion for 2 – 3 minutes.

  2. Now add prawns and mushrooms and cook it on high flame for 2 – 3 minutes.

  3. Then add white pepper, black pepper crushed, salt and cook.

  4. Now add butter when it melts, add white flour and fry it.

  5. When all ingredients mix together, pour a jug of chicken stock and cook till batter thicken.

  6. Now add cream and cook for 1 – 2 minutes and dish it out.

  7. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
