In a pan heat oil and fry garlic cloves and onion for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add prawns and mushrooms and cook it on high flame for 2 – 3 minutes.
Then add white pepper, black pepper crushed, salt and cook.
Now add butter when it melts, add white flour and fry it.
When all ingredients mix together, pour a jug of chicken stock and cook till batter thicken.
Now add cream and cook for 1 – 2 minutes and dish it out.
Garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
