Ingredients

  • Red kidney beans 2 cup
  • Large onions 3
  • Large tomatoes 3
  • Ginger 1" piece
  • Green chillies 2
  • Cloves of garlic 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak red kidney beans for 12 hours. Then pressure cook for 1/2 an hour.

  2. Fry finely chopped onions in a little ghee, add the dry ingredients and finely chopped ginger, green chillies and garlic.

  3. Keep stirring and add the chopped tomatoes and salt.

  4. When the gravy thickens, add the boiled rajmah.

  5. Cook till creamy.
