Potato chips are everyone's favorite. Try out this absolutely wonderful recipe of Chips with a combination of flour coating.

  • Potatoes, large, washed 1 kg
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour (besan) 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required for deep frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.

  2. Peel and cut into long thin chips.

  3. Put the cornflour, rice flour, gram flour and salt in a thick brown paper bag and shake to mix thoroughly.

  4. Then put chips in the bad and shake to coat the chips with the corn flour mixture.

  5. Heat oil in a large wok till very hot, add chips, stir and turn the heat down to medium.

  6. Fry the chips, remove when golden brown to absorbent kitchen paper towel.
