Ingredients

  • Egg 4 (boiled)
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Dill 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Tomato ketchup for garnish
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut boiled eggs into two pieces; take the egg yolk out of egg.

  2. Now add mustard paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, mayonnaise and butter in egg yolks.

  3. Mix well and pour this mixture in piping bag.

  4. Fill the eggs with the mixture.

  5. Sprinkle dill and garnish with tomato ketchup.
