A very popular and yummy snack, Bread Pakoras. Crushed bread is mixed with mashed potatoes, herbs and seasoning, shaped and fried. enjoy with mint chutney!

  • Bread 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Mango powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Oil as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and mash them well.

  2. Break the bread slices into four pieces and soak them in milk.

  3. Squeeze out the milk, then add the crushed bread in the potatoes.

  4. Add the other ingredients and form into four long rolls.

  5. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve with coriander-mint chutney.
