Banana Crumble Pudding - A irresistible blend of banana, crumble, vanilla and cinnamon. A velvety banana pudding is prepared with cream, eggs, banana and sugar, baked till done and topped with a yummy crumble prepared with wafers and sugar and flavored with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Egg yolks 6
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essences 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Banana 3
  • For Crumble:
  • Wafer 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Put a tray full of water in oven for 30 minutes at 100 degree.

  2. In a large bowl put egg yolk, sugar, corn flour, cream, banana, milk and butter, beat well.

  3. Pour this batter in a mold.

  4. Now place the batter filled mold in the tray full of warm water and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degree.

  5. For Crumble: In a pan put sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter.

  6. Cook till sugar melt and color of mixture changes.

  7. Crush wafers and put into the mixture.

  8. Place the banana pudding in another platter and put wafer crumble on top. (You can also garnish the pudding with sliced glazed bananas).

  9. Banana crumble pudding is ready to serve.
