Take eggs and, full boil them, remove the shell’s.
Peel the potatoes, cut them 1x4 pieces, keep them in salty water.
Take a medium size cooking pot, put on the fire, put some oil, as the oil get warm, put onion puree, stir it for couple of minutes
Now add ginger & garlic paste., keep stirring, now add curry pata leaves, mehti dana, tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala & salt and pepper to taste.
Stir them till the masala is cooked, add 02 cup water, leave it to boil, add the potatoes in the sauce
Let it coo till the potatoes are cooked & the curry is ready
Now put the boiled eggs into the gravy, sprinkle with chopped Green coriander leaves.
Serve it hot steamed rice.
