Boil basmati rice, leave it to dry.
Then boil the egg noodle strain it and leave it a side.
Take chicken breast bone less, cut Julian shape.
Marinated with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
Cut the vegetables carrot julian shape, small cabbages finely chopped, capsicum julian shape, leave it a side.
Take a wok, put on the fire, put 2 tbsp oil, as the oil get hot put the marinated chicken meat in to the hot wok.
Stir it for couple of minutes.
Add tomato ketchup, red chili powder, crushed red chilies, brown sugar, soya sauce, stir it for few minutes.
Let it cook till the material is combined on medium flame.
Remove it from the fire.
Now deep fried the boiled noodles, till they turn into golden brown color, remove it from the hot oil, and leave it to strain the oil.
Now take another fresh wok, put 2 tbsp oil in it, make it hot on high flame, put 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, stir it for couple of minutes, add scrambled egg’s stir till they are fried.
Now add the boiled rice in it, stir it.
Add salt & pepper to taste, Julian cut carrot, finely chopped cabbage, Julian capsicum, keep stirring add soya sauce.
Stir it, add the fried egg noodles, the cooked chicken gravy, scrambled egg and some chopped green onions.
Stir it again. Remove it from the fire.
Singaporean fried rice is ready, serve it hot.
