hi, i tried making gulab jamun i saw a video in which everything was same as mention above except koya. i did everything but now ma dough is hard what should i do should i but milk or dry milk+liquid milk i guess i put more soji any suggestion plz
I tried but khoya is not easily available, can anyone tell me if we are making gulab jamun just using maida n skimmed milk then what should be the quantity of each? When i made i felt milk was more than maida although softness n swetness was perfect.
