Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts 1 1/2 cups
  • Potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup
  • Boiled onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes puree 2 cups
  • Chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli, chopped 1
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For the garnish:
  • Coriander(chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Onions(chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • For Serving:
  • Laddi Pav 8

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the onion paste and saute till it turns light brown in colour.

  2. Add tomatoes, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt & simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring once in between.

  3. Add the potatoes, mixed vegetables, moong sprouts and 1 cup water and simmer for another 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.

  4. Garnish with coriander, onions and butter and serve with laddi pav.
