  • Chicken 16 pieces (with bone)
  • Lemon 2
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander ½ cup
  • Mint ½ cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 5-6
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Bamboo skewer 8-10

Cooking Directions

  1. Take lemon, yogurt, oil, salt, mint, coriander, garlic, ginger and green chilies and grind them well.

  2. Now cover the chicken pieces with this paste.

  3. Place one piece of chicken, onion, tomato and capsicum on single bamboo skewer and then grill them.

  4. Delicious haryali chicken boti is ready to serve.
