Ingredients

  • For Filling:
  • Onion 1 small (diced)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
  • Lemon 1 (sliced)
  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Ricotta cheese 1 cup
  • For Crepes:
  • Milk 1 cup
  • All purpose flour ½ cup
  • Whole wheat flour ¼ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Egg 2
  • Spinach leaves 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. For Filling: Set a layer of onion and garlic in the bottom of cooking pan and place chicken above them.

  2. Place lemon slice and sprinkle salt and black pepper.

  3. Cover and slow cook until chicken cook nicely.

  4. Shred chicken and stir in ricotta cheese.

  5. For Crepes: Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste.

  6. Heat a frying pan and grease with cooking spray.

  7. Pour a small amount of batter with help of cooking spoon into frying pan.

  8. Tilting pan so batter covers bottom.

  9. Cook until loosen the edges and browned from both sides.

  10. Make about 12 crepes in same way.

  11. Remove from pan and cool.

  12. Place filling on crepes, roll and serve.
