Ingredients

  • Livers (Mutton/Chicken/Beef) 1/2 kg in small pieces
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger 4 chopped
  • Green chilies 2
  • Dry methi leaves 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil and fry the onions until golden. Add liver, ginger/ garlic and fry when water dries.

  2. Add the other ingredients with the yogurt cover and cook on slow flame.

  3. When tender let it cook further on a low flame until the oil comes out and then add methi leaves, green chili and ginger.

  4. Finally pour some water and keep on cooking for sometime.
