Ingredients

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar ¼ kg
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Almond 10 gm
  • Pistachio 10 gm
  • Bread 6 slice
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Silver paper for garnish
  • Cardamom 1 pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. Deep fry bread slices till it gets golden, put them in a strainer.

  2. Now boil milk in a saucepan add saffron, sugar and cardamom, cook the milk until it gets half.

  3. Arrange bread slices in a dish, pour milk on the slices, then sprinkle khoya, pistachio and almond. Decorate with silver papers.
