  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onions 1 (finely chopped)
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10-15
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Steam chicken mince on slow flame with salt, ginger garlic paste and 2 green chilies for 10 minutes and dry water of chicken mince completely. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

  2. In a food processor add chicken mince, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, yogurt, cumin, black pepper powder, cream and red chili paste. Run food processor for a minute only.

  3. Now add onion, remaining 2 green chilies, fresh coriander and mint leaves and mix thoroughly.

  4. Spread remaining 1/2 cup of fresh bread crumbs in a flat plate.

  5. Make cutlets of your desired shape.

  6. Because the cutlets are very soft, roll the cutlets in bread crumbs first.

  7. Heat oil in a frying pan.

  8. Dip the bread crumbs coated cutlets in beaten eggs and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden.

  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
