Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Raw mango 2
  • Whole green chilies 4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Onion 750 gm
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan put together mutton, bunch of chopped coriander leaves and oil.

  2. Add raw mangoes, whole green chilies, few curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.

  3. Cook over low flame without adding water.

  4. Cook well till water dries.

  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with plain boiled rice.
