Ingredients

  • Cornflour 3-4 tbsp
  • Gram Flour (Besan) 3-4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Noodles 1-2 Packets.
  • Carrot (grated) 1 small
  • Cabbage (grated) 1 small

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil noodles till half done, drain and set a side.

  2. In a large bowl put gram flour, corn flour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, paprika and oyster sauce.

  3. Now in this put 1 egg and water to make thick batter.

  4. Add noodles, carrot and cabbage in batter mix well.

  5. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry.

  6. Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
