Ingredients

  • Watermelon 1/4 piece
  • Honeydew melon (garma) 2
  • Melon 1/4 piece
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Orange juice 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper (grinded) 5-6
  • Mint 2tbsp
  • Salt (black salt) according to taste.

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut melon, water melon & watermelon into cube or ball shapes.

  2. Soak the fruits in orange juice & lemon juice mixture.

  3. Drain the juice after half an hour.

  4. Add black salt & black pepper in the fruits.

  5. Now add mint.

  6. The salad is ready to be served.

  7. Use the watermelon skin as a basket to serve in.
