  • Potatoes 4 (boiled and mashed)
  • Chicken 150 gm (boneless and boiled)
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Spring onions 1 stalk (chopped)
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Refined flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vermicelli as required
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix potatoes, red chillies, 1 tsp pepper and salt in a bowl.

  2. Melt butter in a pot and lightly fry flour.

  3. Add milk while continuously stirring till it becomes a thick sauce.

  4. Add cheese, salt and 1 tsp pepper and mix.

  5. Add chicken, capsicum, spring onion, coriander and salt and mix again.

  6. Crumble vermicelli in a plate.

  7. Form balls from mashed potatoes.

  8. Press balls from centre.

  9. Fill with chicken mixture and shape into cutlets.

  10. Coat cutlets first with egg, then with vermicelli.

  11. Heat oil in a wok and fry cutlets till golden.

  1. Resh,a Nawaz, chicken is added to white sauce in step 5, along with capsicum, spring onion, coriander and salt. Potato balls are formed in step 7. Chicken mixture is filled in potato balls in step 9 and then formed in cutlets shapes.

  2. u havent mentioned wht hs to b done wth the white sauce.i thk chicken hs to added to the white sauce.wont it b become vry soft and whn we fill dis mixture in the mashed potatoes.pls guide.
