Pickle is a lip smacking side dish that always present on every dinning table. This green chili pickle is great to serve with crispy parathas in nosh up or with daal chawal.

Ingredients

  • Green chilies 125 gm (finely sliced)
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Lemons 3
  • Fenugreek seeds 4
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a wok, add mustard oil and fenugreek seeds and cook.

  2. Now add sliced green chilies, turmeric powder, onion seeds, white cumin and salt and cook for nearly 5 minutes.

  3. Let the mix come to normal temperature and add lemon juice.

  4. Green Chilies Pickle is ready to serve.
