Vegetable Minestrone Soup

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Add onion and garlic clove. Fry well till golden brown.

Now add carrot, celery stick, beetroot and peas. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Then add cabbage, water, salt, chicken cube and tomatoes.

Let it cook till it comes to a boil.

Add spaghetti and cook till spaghetti is soft.

Lastly add black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
