Ingredients

  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium (chopped)
  • Garlic clove 1 (chopped)
  • Carrot 1 (cubed)
  • Celery stick 1 (chopped)
  • Beetroot 1
  • Peas ¼ cup (boiled)
  • Cabbage 1 piece (chopped)
  • Water 2 glass
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Tomatoes 2 (boiled)
  • Spaghetti ½ packet
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.

  2. Add onion and garlic clove. Fry well till golden brown.

  3. Now add carrot, celery stick, beetroot and peas. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

  4. Then add cabbage, water, salt, chicken cube and tomatoes.

  5. Let it cook till it comes to a boil.

  6. Add spaghetti and cook till spaghetti is soft.

  7. Lastly add black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
