  • Chicken boneless (cube cut) 1/2 kg
  • Ginger (julian cut) 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Orange food color a pinch
  • Cabbage as preferred
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • For Batter:
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Plain flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • For Spaghetti:
  • Spaghetti 1 fold
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • For Rice:
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Salt as to taste (or a pinch)
  • For Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
  • Tandoori food color 1/2 tsp
  • For Garnish:
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 pod
  • Green chillies 5-6

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop cabbage, capsicum, carrot and onion.

  2. Chop the garlic cloves.

  3. Slit the green chillies and remove their seeds.

  4. For Batter: Mix an egg, black pepper, salt, plain flour and corn flour.

  5. Also add baking powder in it and mix well.

  6. Marinate the chicken in the above batter.

  7. Take oil in a pan and heat it.

  8. Fry the chicken in the pan.

  9. Deep fry the green chillies.

  10. Then fry the chopped garlic, till they get golden brown.

  11. Fry capsicum, carrot, cabbage and onion.

  12. Add fried chicken and ginger in a pan.

  13. Add 2 tsp tomatoe ketchup and 1 tsp soy sauce.

  14. Also add a pinch of orange food color.

  15. Cook it for a while.

  16. For Spaghetti: Add salt and oil in boiling water.

  17. Add spaghetti in the water and boil.

  18. For Rice: Soak the rice for half an hour.

  19. Take water in a pan, add salt in it.

  20. Then add rice in above pan and boil them, then drain off the water.

  21. For Sauce: Take mayonnaise in a bowl and add cream in it.

  22. Also add red pepper, salt and black pepper.

  23. Then add ketchup and tandoori food color.

  24. Mix all the ingredients well.

  25. The Assembling: Add boiled rice in serving dish.

  26. Now add spaghettis and pour some sauce.

  27. Add vegetables on it and pour the remaining sauce.

  28. Now add fried chicken on it.

  29. Finally garnish with green chillies and garlic.
