Blanch the almonds, chop fine and fry them in a little ghee with the charoli and raisins.
Heat more ghee in another pan and fry the peeled bananas till they are light brown.
Then add the sugar and keep on stirring till the mixture forms a lump.
Remove and mix it well. Take enough of the fried banana mixture to form a small ball.
Flatten it out and fill in the fried nuts and raisins flavored with cardamom, nutmeg and vanilla.
Close in and press the edges grimly.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the balls to a brown color on both the sides.
