Ingredients

  • Dates ½ kg
  • Chickpea 1 cup
  • Milk 250 gm
  • Cardamom 1 tbsp (small)
  • Butter 1 cup (clarified)
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Almond pistachio for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend the dates into a blender and take it out.

  2. Boil chickpeas in milk and make paste of it.

  3. Now put clarified butter into pan and heat it up, then put batter in it and cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder into pan and cook it for 5 minutes.

  5. Put dates into the pan and cook 5 minutes more.

  6. Dish it out and garnish it with almond and pistachio.
