Sea food pasta is a mouth watering dish. Sauce is prepared with cheese, cream, spinach and lemon juice etc. This pasta is less chili pasta and can be given into your child's lunch box.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet ½ kg (sliced)
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Spinach 3-4 leaves (finely chopped)
  • Soya ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Cream cheese ½ packet
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Penne pasta ½ packet (boiled)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a wok melt butter.

  2. Add lemon juice, spinach leaves, soya, cream cheese, fresh cream and milk.

  3. Add salt, black pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.

  4. In a separate saucepan cook the fish fillet in water for around 2-3 minutes.

  5. Mix the boiled penne pasta in the prepared sauce.

  6. Dish out on a serving dish.

  7. Top with the boiled fish fillet and serve.
