In a wok melt butter.
Add lemon juice, spinach leaves, soya, cream cheese, fresh cream and milk.
Add salt, black pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
In a separate saucepan cook the fish fillet in water for around 2-3 minutes.
Mix the boiled penne pasta in the prepared sauce.
Dish out on a serving dish.
Top with the boiled fish fillet and serve.
