  • Milk 1 litre
  • Khoya 250 grams
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Almond 20 grams
  • Pistachio 20 grams
  • Saffron 1 gram
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a pan and pour milk and sugar in it and cook it till sugar dissolve.

  2. Now put khoya in it.

  3. When khoya dissolve, put saffron in warm water and put it in pan.

  4. Add cardamom powder and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. Garnish it with Dry fruits and serve it hot or cold.
