Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Allspice ½ tsp (powder)
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together mince, gram flour, coriander seeds, allspice powder, coriander leaves, egg and salt in a bowl.

  2. Now add in crushed red pepper, baking powder, green chilies and onions, mix well.

  3. Deep fry and remove on absorbent paper.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite sauces and chutneys.
