Filling Preparation:
Heat oil and fry chicken it. Then add to this all vegetables, stock and seasoning, then fry.
When mixture is thick then remove it from heat.
Use this filling in the puff pastry roll.
Method:
Rinse pastry tray with cold water and spread over it 2 sheets (1/2 thick each).
Then spread puff pastry on the sheets and fill the puff pastry with filling then roll it so as to make a puff.
Brush oil on it. Make all puff pastries like this.
Preheat an oven at 180oC and bake these puff pastries until golden brown.
This is called chicken pie.
