Ingredients

  • Chironji 125 gms
  • Almonds 125 gms
  • Pistachios 30 gms
  • Coconut 1
  • Khoya 180 gms
  • Wheat flour 180 gms
  • Makhanas 60 gms
  • Ground cardamoms 6
  • Sugar 400 gms
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ghee

Cooking Directions

  1. Brown the nuts on the griddle with a little ghee

  2. and grind to a fine paste. Grate the coconut lightly,

  3. brown it without ghee. Grind it.

  4. Make a two string consistency syrup of sugar and water.

  5. Mix all ingredients together and spread on a greased thali.

  6. Cut into squares when cool.
