  • Fennel seeds 50 grams
  • Cumin seeds 50 grams
  • Coriander seeds 50 grams
  • Whole round chilies 50 grams
  • Black salt 50 grams
  • Tartary 1 tsp
  • Carom 1 tbsp
  • Black chili 1 tbsp
  • Noshader 12 tsp
  • Hing ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a grinder add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, round chilies, black salt, tartary, carom, black chili, noshader, hing and mint leaves. Grind together.

  2. Chaat Masala is ready to serve.
