Marinate undercut with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, oil, 1 tbsp corn flour and egg for 15 minutes.
Then deep fry for 10 minutes and remove.
Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add garlic and slightly brown.
Add in your fried beef with stock, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp sugar, BBQ sauce and ketchup.
When mixture boiling, thicken gravy with corn flour paste.
Serve on a sizzler garnish with green onion leaves.
