In a blender jug add ginger, garlic cloves and green chili to blend and make paste.
Now add yogurt in the paste .
Marinate meat in it and leave it for an hour.
In boiling water boil spinach for 1 – 2 minutes drain out and chop it.
In a pan heat oil and add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to crackle.
Lower the flame and add onions, fry til color changes.
Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, meat and water.
Cook till water absorbs and meat tenders.
Add tomato and cook for few minutes.
Now add salt and spinach cover it to simmer on low flame.
Dish it out and garnish it with butter and serve.
