- is very easy to make dessert that can be prepared with in 30 minutes. People mostly makes Egg Desert especially in cold seasons as it keeps the body warm and also serves as a great sweet dish.

  • انڈے چار عدد
  • چینی ایک پیالی
  • چھوٹی الائچی ایک چائے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی)
  • بادام،پستہ حسبِ پسند
  • بناسپتی گھی ایک پیالی

  1. بادام، پستے باریک کاٹ کر رکھ لیں۔

  2. انڈے، چینی اور  بناسپتی کو ملا کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔

  3. کڑاہی میں اس آمیزے کو ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔

  4. چند منٹ بعد اس میں پسی ہوئی الائچی بھی شامل کردیں۔

  5. جب گھی علیحدہ ہونے لگے تو آنچ تھوڑی تیز کرکے حلوے کو بھونتے ہوئے چولہے سے اتار لیں۔

  6. سجاوٹ:ڈِش میں نکال کر بادام پستے چھڑک دیں۔ قتلے بنانا چاہیں تو اِس حلوے کو گھی علیحدہ ہونے کے بعد دس سے بارہ منٹ مزید بھونیں  اور چکنی کی ہوئی ٹرے (tray) میں پھیلا کر نکال لیں۔ تھوڑا سا ٹھنڈا ہونے پر قتلے کاٹ لیں۔
