Cut chicken into 8 pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger, garlic, chili powder, coriander, and yogurt in a pan and mix it well.
Then add chicken and cover it, and cook it on a normal heat for about 25 minutes.
Then add coconut milk, and turn the heat on low, cook until tender.
Stir it time to time. Remove it from stove when gravy thickens.
Serve with paratha or chapatti and salad.
