  • Brinjal (roasted) 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 6
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Add yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Add brinjal, salt and red pepper in yogurt.

  3. Saute garlic, bay leaf and cumin in oil.

  4. Naw add this in the yogurt mix.
