Ingredients

  • For Fish: Fish Boneless ½ kg
  • Egg Whites 2
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • For Sauce:
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes 2
  • Chopped Capsicums 2
  • Chopped Spring Onions 2
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes Paste 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Put fish in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and mix it with hands.

  2. Add egg whites, and corn flour and mix.

  3. Fry them and transfer on paper or tissue in order to free them from excess oil.

  4. Decrease the oil in the same pan from 3 to 4 tbsp, add garlic, tomato, capsicum, and sauté it.

  5. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, stock, and sugar, mix well and cook.

  6. When it comes on boil, add fish in it.

  7. Dissolve corn flour in one cup of water, and slightly add it into the mixture until it turns thick.

  8. Put green onion and off the flame.

  9. Note: In order to maintain the crispness of the fish do not de-skin the fish.
