Ingredients

  • For Dough:
  • All purpose Flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Ghee 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • For Filling:
  • Potato (boiled) 5
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seed 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In flour put salt, ghee and water knead dough.

  2. Make small balls and flatten.

  3. Roll it with rolling pin and make roti.

  4. For filling:Mash potatoes in a bowl.

  5. Put salt, coriander seed, cumin seed and red chilli powder mix well.

  6. Now fill this mixture and give samosa shape.

  7. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on lowe flame.

  8. Serve hot with yogurt/curd chutney.
