Put the mutton in the cooker with a pinch of salt, water and 1/2 of the ginger garlic paste.do not cook the meat compeletly. it should be half done.
Now heat the karahi with the oil in it. then add rest of the ginger garlic paste along with the meat pieces. fry for 2 to 3 mins.
Now add the tomatoes, green chillies and rest of the dry masala's cover the lid and let it simmer on low flame.the meat will be compeletly cooked along with the tomatoes.
Now when water of the tomatoes has dried up and the meat is tender then fry the masala for another 5 mins or till the oil saperates from the masala,s. now add kasuri methi and the stock and cook for 5 min.
Dish out, garnish and serve it with tandori roti and salad.
