This is a very good dish for the beginners. It will be a messy job, but once you get the knack of it, you will make it easily. This is a real Madrasi dish served for breakfast. You have to handle the (flatbread) pashti very carefully. I dedicate this recipe to my son Habeeb Pasha, who just can't get enough of Pashti.
