Peel and mash the potatoes with a fork.
Add lemon juice, green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
In a separate bowl, knead the plain flour with salt, and some water to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
Roll out one ball of dough with a rolling pin.
Spread the potato mixture on it.
Roll out a second ball of dough and cover it with the first one.
Repeat the steps until the potato mixture is all used.
Add some water to the self rising flour and seal the edges of the paratha with this paste.
Heat a griddle and apply a little amount of oil on both the sides of the paratha and fry till crisp and brown.
