Ingredients

  • Rice (cooked) 3 cup
  • Walnuts (chopped) 10 gms
  • Chicken (cooked and chopped) 250 gms
  • Tomato (diced) 1 large 30 gms
  • Corn kernels 200 gms
  • Spring onions (sliced) 100 gms
  • Capsicum (diced) 100 gms
  • Basil 10 gms
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Yogurt 125 gms
  • Cheese grated 65 gms

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

  2. Grease a 20cm pie dish.

  3. Sprinkle cheese all over it.

  4. Now fill it with mixed ingredients.

  5. Bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

  7. Now slice into wedges to serve.

  8. (You can also use left over rice in this dish. They will taste just as good!)
