Finely chop tomato, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Cut onion into slices.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Heat oil in a wok, add all the chopped vegetables and cook till softened.
Now add beaten eggs, crushed red pepper, turmeric and salt. Cook till done.
Dish it out and serve with paratha.
