Ingredients

  • Egg 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Finely chop tomato, green chilies and coriander leaves.

  2. Cut onion into slices.

  3. Beat eggs in a bowl.

  4. Heat oil in a wok, add all the chopped vegetables and cook till softened.

  5. Now add beaten eggs, crushed red pepper, turmeric and salt. Cook till done.

  6. Dish it out and serve with paratha.
