Shish Kebab

Boil rice with orange food colour.

Take a mixing bowl put meat.

Marinate with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil, set aside for 3-4 hours.

Heat up electric grill oven.

Thread meat, onion, tomato and capsicum alternately onto skewers.

Grill over high heat for 8-10 minutes then turn and grill for an additional 8-10 minutes.

Remove the meat and vegetables from the skewer by placing it over the rice.

Serve the shish kebabs over orange rice for a full course and nutritional meal.

Note: you can use papaya paste/meat tenderizer for marinating.

You can also make this kebab in oven, charcoal angeethi or on tava-fry pan.
