Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg (boiled)
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Eggs 4 (boiled)
  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, add whole spices, bay leaves, ginger garlic paste and boiled mutton.

  2. Fry for few 3 - 4 minutes.

  3. Add yogurt, salt, black pepper, all spice, brown onion and boiled eggs, mix well.

  4. Spread boiled rice on top.

  5. Sprinkle saffron mixed with milk and kewra.

  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
