Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers(cut into small Pieces) 1 kg
  • Salt as per taste
  • Onions (finely Sliced) 2 medium
  • Garlic Cloves 6-8
  • Tomatoes(finely Sliced) 3 medium
  • Whole Red Chillies 6-8
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pot, slightly heat Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and fry the onions till golden.

  2. Add garlic, cumin and red chillies and stir for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add ladyfingers and fry for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Then add salt and turmeric and mix well.

  5. Add tomatoes in the end, cover and simmer on low heat till tomatoes are tender.

  6. Dish out and serve hot with chappatis.
