Badami Doodh Jalebi didn’t hear it before? Yes I too, but after reading this recipe I gave it a try and found it amazing. A new way to utilize jalebi that makes a lavish dessert.

Ingredients

  • Jalebi ½ kg
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
  • Egg white 2 (beaten)
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Almonds 100 gms

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan, add milk, saffron, sugar, cardamom powder and cook on low flame.

  2. Spread jalebiya in a wide bottom dish and pour cooked milk.

  3. Then spread beaten egg white, khoya and almonds.

  4. Bake at 180c for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Delicious badami doodh jalebi is ready.
