Ingredients

  • Green gram (moong ki daal) 2 cup
  • Sugar 400g
  • Coconut cream 4 packet
  • Eggs 6
  • Milk 500g
  • Water

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil green gram.

  2. Add sugar, coconut cream and milk in the lentil.

  3. Beat them all well.

  4. Now add one by one all the eggs and beat them.

  5. Now take a cake mould and place aluminium foil in it.

  6. Add some water on the foil and pour the lentil mixture in it.

  7. Now bake it in oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  8. Now, take it out and serve it after slicing.
